I’m the founder of children’s wellness company Inner Rainbow Project and creator of the Chakra Kids. I’m a licensed holistic psychotherapist with a background in progressive education and curriculum design, Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher, intuitive empath, surfer, dreamer and mom.

I support parents, teachers, therapists and other lightworkers with an innovative way to promote children’s self-discovery and emotional wellness, using the power of the chakras. My work draws on research-based information in the fields of education, psychology, yoga, mindfulness, creativity, manifestation and spirituality.

Over the past 20+ years, I've worked with children from all ages and across all kinds of learning styles, personalities and cultures. I've gone on my own personal growth journey where I've traveled the world, learning about myself and exploring different wisdom traditions, tools, and practices. I’m devoted to translating everything I’ve learned into accessible, fun and creative resources for kids.

I believe that everyone has their own path and their own recipe for what will help them be happy and live as their true self. It doesn’t need to be sacrificed or dimmed or look like anyone else’s.The Inner Rainbow Project is for everyone interested in raising a generation of kids who feel safe to be their whole, true selves.
